I found the Subtle Trap to be an excellent distillation of the core issues that have a negative impact on trader performance. Not system performance, Trader performance. It took me 8 years to learn some of those lessons the hard, and expensive, way. When I started out, there were no resources like this available. I've read it four times now, and still keep it on my trading desktop for times when i start to 'drift'. No fluff or filler, just good solid insight into what annoying, frustrating, selfdefeating behavior traders fall prey to without even being aware of doing it.
