It's a good workout program. There is a good book that explains the tehories behind the workouts and nutrition plan. There is also an online calendar that will schedule your workouts for you. You have no excuses with this. I have had great results from the workout and nutrition plan. I've put on 4 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks. It's a lot of work and a big committment, but Vince takes away your excuses.
