I purchased the soprano's sesons 16 for $129.95 bacj on 07/09/07. A couple af discs were distoted but watchable. But disc16 season 4 was all choppy not even watchable. What can I do to have tis replaced? would like to keep the set in tact. This set was delivered to my home address on 07/09/2007. Purchased DVD set June 23rd check cashed. Still haven't received merchandise. Sent many, many e mails and called 4 times without response 1800 . Very dissapointed. Beware.Took insurance and still no tracking or confirmation that item was mailed.

Great online buying experience. I bought from other online DVD retailers before with a number of problems, but my first purchase with lowcostdiscs.com was perfect in everyway. I received the DVDs very quickly and they were packaged properly! Great experience and the prices were lower than the rest.
